As a virgin home brewer I didn't really know what was going to happen with my brew. I certainly didn't think it would stop fermenting and then start again as appears to be the case. Looks like the bottling might have to wait until the weekend. At this rate I won't be drinking it 'til Christmas.On the plus side, I'm getting a wonderful aroma each time it burps. Hmmmmm, I wonder has anyone come up with a way of sending smell over the net?
On seconds thoughts that might be a bad idea.
