I started my home brew yesterday. It is currently sitting under my pc desk and will (hopefully) start fermenting soon. After some consideration I decided to go with a Belgian Grand Cru by Brewferm so hopefully I can pull it off. If all goes well I'll be reviewing it in 8 weeks or so. I'll keep you posted. (Excuse the pun!)So far so good.
